Orders are recorded immediately upon placement and are typically processed the next business day, unless there is any unforeseen issue (i.e., incorrect shipping information provided). We have a 0-1 business day processing time from Monday to Friday. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions may cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to minimize their impact.

2. Shipping Rates and Fees
2.1 Customs Fees
All orders that are being processed and shipped are free of customs duties and taxes*. However, some countries might encounter delivered duty unpaid (DDU), meaning that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes.
2.2 Tracking Updates and Package Status
Once shipped, packages may have limited tracking visibility while undergoing customs clearance. Expect tracking details to refresh within 48-72 hours post-customs clearance.
3. Order Cancellation or Modification
3.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled until they are assigned a first-mile tracking number (usually within the first 30 minutes). To cancel, provide your order number via customer support.
3.2 Order Modification
Modifications are possible before the first-mile tracking number is assigned. Contact customer support with your order number for changes.
4. Delivery Attempts and Receiving the Package
4.1 Delivered But Not Received
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend waiting a few days. We cannot issue credits for orders marked as delivered.
4.1.1 Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered, MojiBricks is no longer liable for theft or loss. Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.
4.3 Consideration of Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if there is no update in tracking information for a continuous period of 20 days.
5. Return to Sender Policy
5.1 Incorrect/Incomplete Address
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier may return the package. In such cases, we do not process refunds or offer free replacements.
5.2 Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Refunds will not be issued.
5.3 Return to Sender but No Details Provided
If no tracking details are available, we may offer credit based on the cost of goods or a replacement at no extra charge.
6. Order-Related Inquiries
6.1 Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, provide a picture of the packing slip. We will arrange reshipment.
6.2 Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item, send photographic evidence. We will verify the issue and arrange reshipment.
6.5 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, provide photographic proof. We will arrange a redelivery of replacement pieces.
6.6 Missing Pieces
If your set arrives with missing pieces, contact customer service immediately. Provide your order number and images of the missing pieces. We will ship the missing pieces to you free of charge.
