• Step 2 - Get Your Refund Code: Upon approval, we will issue you a unique Personal Refund Code. This code is mandatory for verification. Do not ship your return before receiving this code.
• Step 3 - Shipping Instructions: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the specific shipping address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item(s) against your unique code, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the order to the correct address, but a reshipping fee may apply.
• Lost Packages: Mojibricks is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We recommend contacting the local carrier (USPS/UPS) immediately if you notice a mistake while the package is in transit.
