1. Eligibility for Returns
- 1.1. We accept returns only for items purchased directly from MojiBricks®.
- 1.2. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
- 1.3. Returns are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- 1.4. Products that were on sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- 2.1. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team at info@mojibricks.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence.

2.2. Mandatory Refund Code: Upon approval, our team will issue a unique Personal Refund Code. This code is essential for verification. Returns without this code clearly visible on and inside the package will not be processed.
- 2.3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- 2.5. Marking: Ensure your Personal Refund Code is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box and included on a slip inside the package.
- 2.6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition against your unique code, we will proceed with the refund or exchange process.
3. Return Conditions
- 3.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions mentioned above or lack a valid Refund Code.
- 3.3. Returns will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- 3.4. If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Refunds
- 4.1. If your return is approved, we will process the refund using the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- 4.2. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) at our international warehouse.
- 4.3. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges
- 5.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.
- 5.2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the requested replacement item(s).
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Cancellation Policy
- 7.1. Orders can only be canceled if they haven't been shipped and the request is made within the first 24 hours after purchase.

Subscribers are required to cancel their subscription before the upcoming billing cycle to avoid automatic charges. Failure to cancel before the next billing period will result in the system processing the payment as scheduled.
